It's Wednesday and my night to close at the library. I wish I didn't have to close, but everyone has to do it at least once a week. I'm not sure what I'll do today work.....the recoreds need fixing. I can finally get into the site I need to begin working on it. I guess I can spend the day doing that.

Oh well.....nothing to really write about...guess I'll go.

.....and I have to work tomorrow. I'm not looking forward to it. Saturdays always seem to go by so slowly......whether I do alot of work or not. I have a ton of things to do, so I'm not sure what I'll do (catalog, compare book conditions or work on stuff from the front office? Hmmmm, choices, choices, choices).

I want to write about our trip to Australia and post some pictures, but with me being busy and my laptop being sent into the shop, well.....it just hasn't happened. I will do it......I just don't know when.

Well, I guess I should be heading to bed; early day tomorrow.

Well, it's the end of my work week. I hope today goes well. My plan is to do nothing but catalog today. :) I'd like to get alot out to the front so we have new stuff going out. We'll see how it goes. I've cleaned up my desk quite a bit, but there still tons of stuff I don't know what is.....I'll go through it today as I believe it is probably partly cataloged already, but we'll see. Well, must get going....oh yeah, pictures from the land of Oz coming very soon.

I'm still sick. I've been running a fever on and off since Thursday. I was hoping taking it easy and taking Tylenol would help, but it's not. I'm trying to hold off on making an appointment, but we'll see what happens.

Tomorrow is Super Bowl Monday.....yeah, I said that right.....Monday. Here are Guam the Super Bowl airs at 9am Monday morning. I can't remember what the library was like last year during Super Bowl, but hopefully it will be slow, but we'll see.

I don't feel like writing a whole lot......my head is killing me, I feel weak, my eyes are extremely watery and I'm so ready for sleep (I even took a nap this afternoon). Oh well....as long as I'm better before Feb. 25th.........that's the day we leave for Australia.

Today we are getting together with a couple of people and game. Should be pretty cool. First though, we are heading to the BX again....I have a 20% off coupon that is only good today, so I gotta use it. :) I don't know what I'm going to buy, though.

I'm off tomorrow since I have to work next Saturday, so I'm going to be doing a little bit of Christmas shopping for Paul. I saw something yesterday I think he's really going to like....I just hope that it's still there when I go back.

Paul has put a down payment on our trip to Australia. I can hardly wait to go. I've been wanting to visit Australia since I was a little kid.

Boy, I'm not looking forward to work. I've enjoyed being off this weekend, even though Paul had to work. I'm really looking forward to next weekend, because Paul doesn't have to work. I don't know what we'll do, but we'll at least get to do it together.

Yesterday, I went to K-Mart and picked up a food processor. We've been wanting one for a long time, so we found one we liked and I used a coupon to get 10% off which was nice. I can hardly wait to use it. I'm not sure where I'm going to put it (we are running out of room in our kitchen and dining room), but we have it now.

I spent alot of time on MySpace yesterday requesting to be friended by several bands and singers that I like. Maybe this way I can keep up with what's going on with them. I doubt they'll ever come over to Guam, but hey.....ya never know.

I just remembered the mess the staff office is in at work. I wonder if it got cleaned up any on Saturday. I know I probably have to clean up my box (I needed to do it anyway). I just don't want to get any of that crap on me.....I had my feel of that on Friday. We'll see I suppose...........

Well, it's about time for me to start getting ready for work. I need to find something for breakfast........

It's the middle of the week and I don't go in to work until 1100. Several weeks ago I told one of the girls I work with that I would close for her on th 26th (that would be today). Since I'm not 100%, I wish I didn't have to work late, but oh well......I've gotta do it. Plus, I close tomorrow, too (that's my normal day to close). I'll just be glad when I'm feeling more like myself. I guess it's going to be a while before that happens.

I have started eating chicken noodle soup.....it seems to have given me some energy and not upset my stomach. I'm very glad about that. I'm really hoping that by the end of week (like Sunday), I'll feel like going to the gym. Since I've lost like 15 pounds in under a week, I'd really like to keep it off and drop more. I like the way some of my clothes are fitting now too....we'll just have to see how it goes.

Well, Paul should be home from work in a little bit and I'm not sure if he is going to want breakfast or not, but I should be ready incase he is.

It's been a weird day. I only worked 3.5 hours today. I wasn't feeling so great so I called in sick and only worked the last part of the night since it was my night to close. I didn't do much at work.

Over the last few days, I spent alot of time working on creating files for mine and Paul's RPG. I like what I've done so far, but there is still sooooo much more to do. Plus, I found alot of old notes and stuff from one of my favorite characters, Jeny. I will eventually write up that too, but there has to be some modifications since I think the background I found for her was influenced by someone or something that really shouldn't have. Oh well....it will get done eventually.

Well, it's time for bed........

It was nice at work today. The patronage is back to normal....and I actually got some work done! Yay! Tomorrow is going to be crazy for me though......Paul has to go to PT, so I'll be a little late getting to work, then at 2.20 I have a 'sexual assault briefing' to attend. From what I've been hearing.....it's boring and it's like 1.5 hours long! I'm not looking forward to it. Oh well. At least I'm off this weekend.

Paul and I finished watching The Maltese Falcon tonight. Great film! I think this is my favorite Humphrey Bogart film to date. Okay.....I've only seen three of his films, but of those three.....this is my favorite. I hope to watch Gentleman Prefer Blondes, Beauty Shop, My Name Is Modesty, and Alexandera's Project this weekend.

I finally finished reading The Second Summer Of The Sisterhood yesterday. I got the 3rd book from the library yesterday, so I'll probably start that one tonight. Then, after that one it will be a book called Septimus Heap Magick Book One; my boss said it was a cute book. I'm really trying to get back into reading. I used to read all the time, but it has dropped off tremdously over the last 10 years or so. I still have 2 books on my bookshelf I want to read.....no telling when I'll get around to them though.

Well, I'm getting tired, so I'd better at least start the book.............

I'll be so glad when 5pm Friday gets here. I know....you shouldn't wish your life away, but man......it's been crazy at the library since we have all these Marines here. Last night it was a constant barrage of Marines wanting to use the computer. I got my work out for the day just running back and forth getting people off computers and making sure that the right people were on the computer they were assigned. The marines are leaving today, so things should slow down considerably....and hopefully things will get back to normal; we shall see.

I've been so tired from work that I haven't had time to really watch any of the DVDs and Videos that I've got from the library. I'm still wanting to see the rest of The Maltese Falcon; I'm hoping to be able to do that this evening. There isn't anything on TV I want to watch. We are also behind on The L Word.....I want to get caught up on that soon.

Well, it's time for me to get ready for work.........

I plan on doing nothing on Saturday except watch all the dvds I have. I started watching Cleopatra 2525 yesterday. I started that show since they are only about 22 minutes a piece.....any of the movies I want to watch were way too long to watch before I had to be at work. With Cleo, I was surprised how much I had forgotten. I know I didn't see all the episodes when they first aired, but the first 6 or 7 I know I saw. I can't believe it was 6 years ago this month that the show aired....wow! It's been that long ago. It also made me wish that Jack Of All Trades would come out on DVD. Mabye someday........

Work has been.....I don't know.....work. I closed last night. I got quite a bit done, but there is still lots of books to log so they can be discarded at the beginning of February. I also labeled some books, and repaired a book too. Oh yeah....and shelved books. I'm hoping to take it somewhat easy today. I know that's going to be a little hard, but I'm going to try.

I think I will start keeping track of what movies I watch....and whether I liked them or not. The library has a plethora of films....alot of which I've always wanted to see.....some classics, some more recent ones...and lots of in between. Also I've started watching more Anime. My boss is really into Anime, so we are getting lots of it in the library. Paul and I have gotten into an anime called Fruits Basket; Paul likes it more than I do, though. I kinda liked Inu-Yasha, but Paul didn't, so I'll probably on get them when I have time to watch them by myself. I need to catch up on the other DVDs we have first though.

Well, it's time for me to start getting ready for work.

I'm hoping that I have started the day off on the right foot. Paul and I got up at 4am this morning, so we could be at the gym by 4.30 or so. I rode the bike for 30 minutes and did arm curls and arm extentions. I feel good.......but kinda tired. I saw Lateefa at the gym. I work with her at the library. Paul just did weights because he is going to go to PT this afternoon.

I don't have to go into work until 11 this morning, so I don't know what all I'm going to do before I have to go in. It really throws my eating schedule off.....I was starving most of yesterday. I'm going to try and adjust that today by eating a small 'lunch' before I head into work; hopefully that will work.

Other than that....not much else going on here in the Casa de Villa.

I'll be heading into work here about 11 this morning. I'm not entirely thrilled about having to close, but that's what I gotta do. Paul is off today and that makes not like having to close even worse. Oh well......

Our weekend went by pretty quickly. For the most part it didn't even seem like we had a weekend. I felt like I was being rushed around alot. I'm hoping to be able to take it easy next weekend. I have tons to do around the house and I know it won't get done until next weekend. *shrugs* oh well......

Paul and I started plaing an online game yesterday. It's pretty interesting, but I have a hard time just sitting there reading the screen. I ended up with a headache last night. I'll probably try to play again soon, but not exactly sure when.

It's Friday and I'm off today. I swtiched with a co-worker, so now I'm working tomorrow, Saturday. I'm not exactly thrilled about it, but it works out for today for me. Tonight is Paul's SQ's Christmas party, so this gives me plenty of time to get ready for tonight. I'm not exactly sure what I'm going to do with my hair, but my outfit has already been decided on. My hair is really hard to style, so I'm kinda at a loss. I don't want to go to the hair salon simply because I don't want to pay to have them try something and it not work......my hair doesn't hold a curl or anything like that so it would be a waste....IMO. Oh well....I'll figure something out.

I am going into work this morning to attend a meeting. I don't have to go, but I feel like I should be there if nothing else just to hear what is going on first hand. The good thing is once it's over (which should be about 8), I'll come home and Paul and I are going to go to the commissary.

Well, I guess I should get ready for thie meeting.
